Actor Morgan Freeman condemns Black History month; way to get rid of racism is to ‘stop talking about it’

Acting legend Morgan Freeman has doubled down on his disdain for ‘Black History Month.’ Speaking in an interview with The Sunday Times over the weekend, Freeman stated he believes Black History Month is an “insult.” “Two things I can say publicly that I do not like,” Freeman said. “Black History Month is an insult. You’re going to relegate my history to a month?” Freeman continued: “Also ‘African-American’ is an insult. I don’t subscribe to that title.” Freeman gained publicity with his sentiments as far back as 2005 when he aid the concept of a month dedicated to Black history is “ridiculous.” Freeman

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) has responded to Bud Light’s controversial decision to partner with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney in a marketing campaign, suggesting that the company has “decided that their customers are idiots.” Cruz made the remarks during an episode of his podcast “Verdict” this week. “It is an amazing phenomenon how woke corporations have decided that their customers are idiots, that they look down on their customers,” Cruz said. “We’re seeing big business after big business embrace the radical left, embrace a left-wing agenda in this case someone who’s transgender, put them forth as the spokesperson for Bud Light,”

Chinese Communist Party exploiting Biden Administration’s green energy push

The Chinese Communist Party is taking advantage of the Biden administration’s ill prepared foreign policy and making dangerous moves for power. Among them are its involvement in green energy projects, exploiting the Democrats’ environmentalism push. Two former U.S. Ambassadors Peter Hoekstra and Joseph Cella give warning regarding the involvement of Chinese companies. The companies are subject to strict Chinese laws and take advantage of U.S. green energy goals. “The companies, they said, are exploiting American tax incentives to build facilities and projects in the U.S., bolstering Chinese industry and ensuring continued U.S. reliance on technology from China” reports Fox News.

White House Responds To Florida Legislature Passing 6-Week Abortion Ban

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has released a statement in response to the news that the Florida legislature had approved a bill that would ban abortion after six weeks of pregnancy.  The legislation was approved by the Republican-controlled Florida House on Thursday after being approved by the state’s Senate 10 days before. The bill now heads to Governor Ron DeSantis’s (R) desk, and he is expected to sign it into law.  “Today, Florida’s Republican supermajority-controlled legislature sent an extreme and dangerous new abortion ban to Governor DeSantis’s desk for signature.
