‘Anonymous’ Author Admits Wanted to See ‘Trump’s Downfall’ New Book

Being “anonymous” seems to be the “it” thing to do these days. Say whatever you want, whenever you want, about whomever you want, and no one gets to question your credibility because, magically, you are a ghost.

It’s the anonymous voice heard ‘round the world. No one knows who the man is behind the infamous published attacks on President Trump, but we do know the ‘why.’ The Daily Caller reports that the anonymous White House staffer who wrote the op-ed in the New York Times slamming the President and claiming to be part of the “resistance” inside the Trump administration admits in his new book that he and administration staffers wanted to “see Trump’s Downfall.”

Being “anonymous” seems to be the “it” thing to do these days. Say whatever you want, whenever you want, about whomever you want, and no one gets to question your credibility because, magically, you are a ghost. Where did principle go in DC? When did it become brave to be anonymous instead of standing up for what you believe in and publicly declare your heart believes an injustice has occurred? That you want to right a wrong, no matter the consequence. Yeah, we noticed.

What began with an op-ed has now turned into a book deal, still under the penname ‘anonymous.’ The, shall we call him “author” has a new book “A Warning” in which he mentions the internal belief that if given enough rope, “it would lead to his downfall.”

Dems In Panic? Trump Says He May Accept Pelosi Invite To Testify

Who is the wizard behind the curtain remains publicly unknown, and has caused a justifiable reaction from the White House.  White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham said, “the coward who wrote this book didn’t put their name on it because it is nothing but lies.” She continued, “real authors reach out to their subjects to get things fact checked-but this person is in hiding, making that very basic part of being a real writer impossible.”

Unfortunately, at this moment in time, we are in an environment that rewards cowardice. Just look at the lengths Democrats and mainstream media as well as social media companies are going through to keep the “whistleblower safe.” What are you protecting them from? Answering a few questions?
