If you don’t think the media and big tech has a liberal agenda, think again. In only three hours, Twitter has flagged and removed three of the President of the United States’ Tweets. What happened to the first amendment? Just before midnight on election night Twitter flagged President Trump’s tweet giving his opinion on the state of the race. “We are up BIG, but they are trying to STEAL the election. We will never let them do it. Votes cannot be cast after the Polls are closed!” wrote Trump.
As of Wednesday afternoon, Twitter removed three of President Trump’s posts and replaced it with the same message as Tuesday night: “Some or all of the content shared in this Tweet is disputed and might be misleading about an election or other civic process.” Social media users are still able to click “view” in order to see the content that was flagged.
In the first tweet flagged today, President Trump wrote, “Last night I was leading, often solidly, in many key States, in almost all instances Democrat-run & controlled. Then, one by one, they started to magically disappear as surprise ballot dumps were counted. VERY STRANGE, and the ‘pollsters’ got it completely & historically wrong!”
The second censorship occurred shortly after when President Trump retweeted a post made by Matt Walsh of The Daily Wire, commenting, “WHAT IS THIS ALL ABOUT?” Walsh’s tweet was also censored and the page for his initial link has been removed. Walsh tweeted of the censorship, “This is bull****. Twitter censored a tweet where I expressed my opinion about the way the ballots are being counted.”
Walsh’s original tweet questioned the significant and odd change of over 100,000 votes going from Trump to Biden in Michigan, to which he noted, “This is reason enough to go to court. No honest person can look at this and say it’s normal and unconcerning.” President Trump simply retweeting the comment and asking “what’s this all about” was reason enough to be flagged for Twitter.
Only hours ago, Trump’s third post was flagged by the Twitter police. “They are working hard to make up 500,000 vote advantage in Pennsylvania disappear -ASAP. Likewise, Michigan and others!”
