The ever out-of-touch and elitist Speaker Nancy Pelosi showed off her stash of expensive ice cream on late-night television last week. Sitting in front of two refrigerators costing around $24,000 each, she demonstrated her inability to relate to the millions of Americans who are waiting on unemployment lines and food banks. In response to her absurd comments about how this is a “wonderful opportunity” that she wishes all children would have, Florida Senator Marco Rubio tweeted out a video of himself offering Speaker Pelosi all of the ice cream in his much more affordable freezer in order for her to merely do the right thing:
Currently, Nancy Pelosi and the other Democratic members of Congress and the Senate are blocking attempts to further fund the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and Economic Injury Disaster Loan Emergency Advance (EIDL) programs.
She doubled down on her stance on ABC This Week and stated that she does not know anyone who is saying that “it’s important to pass PPP funding right now.” Perhaps it is time that the American people demand that Nancy Pelosi and her Democratic colleagues take pay cuts as they are sitting at home and refusing to work for the American people.
Hopefully, with Speaker Pelosi’s antics, American citizens will realize she is neither an essential nor non-essential employee, but rather she is a detrimental employee; an employee of the citizens of the United States who they should fire immediately.
