Nancy Pelosi is following Rahm Emanuel’s suggestion of “never letting a serious crisis go to waste” by attempting to use the coronavirus to attack President Trump. Pelosi, along with her fellow Democratic representatives, claim that they would be doing a better job addressing the spread of coronavirus. During a speech last night, President Trump told the American people, “Because of all we’ve done, the risk to the American people remains very low. We’re ready to adapt, and we’re ready to do whatever we have to.”
Speaker Pelosi and many Democrats are complaining that they want an additional $6 billion to address coronavirus. President Trump has already laid out a plan that included a $2.5 billion request to Congress to help stop the virus from spreading. The House Democrats have rejected this funding, saying they will not give any funding to fight coronavirus unless it is more money.
It may be worth mentioning that Nancy Pelosi’s district is the only city in the United States with a “poop map,” and her state has a homeless population that was infected with medieval diseases including typhoid fever, typhus, tuberculosis, and even hepatitis A, she should focus on coming up with plans on how to fix all of her own state’s issues before claiming she would do a better job of addressing a global one.
