The United States economy saw the slowest month for job growth since the COVID-19 lockdowns, according to a new report from the payroll processing company ADP. According to the report, private sector employment rose by just 128,000 in May, far below the 299,000 Dow Jones estimate and a decline from the downwardly revised 202,000 in April, which was initially reported as a gain of 247,000. “The big drop-off marked the worst month since the massive layoffs in April 2020, when companies sent home more than 19 million workers as the Covid outbreak triggered a massive economic shutdown,” CNBC reported. “May’s slowdown in

The suspect has only been identified as a Black male between 35-40 years old,” a local Fox News station reported. “Police seized a rifle and a handgun from the scene and said it appears the suspected gunman used both during the incident.” “Officers immediately rushed

On Monday, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre announced that Democrat President Joe Biden does not support “hardening schools” to protect children from mass shooters. The news comes the week after a school shooter murdered 19 children and 2 teachers at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. Jean-Pierre claimed that “the problem is with guns” but did not explain how children would be protected in the event that a prospective school shooter finds a way to access a gun regardless of gun restrictions. “I know there’s been conversation about hardening schools,” Jean-Pierre said. “That is not something that he believes
