As explained in a press release from Boebert’s office, the No Taxpayer Funds for Illegal Alien Abortions Act comes in response to the Biden administration’s decision last month to release “new guidance mandating that HHS ‘make all reasonable efforts’ to facilitate taxpayer funded abortions for illegal alien children, including transporting these children across state lines to circumvent state laws that protect the unborn. On Wednesday, the U.S. Senate unanimously passed a bill that would ban the use of TikTok on government devices amid growing concerns about the Chinese-based social media app’s threat to national security. The No TikTok on Government Devices Act was introduced by Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO). Fed Hikes Interest Rates By Half A Point To Highest Level In 15 Years, No Reductions Until 2024

On Wednesday, the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) raised interest rates by half a percentage point, taking it to a targeted range of 4.25% and 4.5% – the highest level in 15 years. The move comes the day after the Bureau of Labor Statistics released a report saying that the annual inflation rate is at 7.1 percent.
