On Tuesday, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) called on FBI Director Christopher Wray and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to open a federal hate crime investigation into the Monday shooting at a Christian school in Nashville, Tennessee. Female Shooter Kills 6, Including 3 Kids, In Nashville School Shooting

On Monday, a 28-year-old woman armed with two “assault-style rifles and a handgun” fatally shot three children and three adults at Covenant Christian school in Nashville before being shot and killed by police. Police said the shooter is a former student of the private Christian campus.
