Hunter was just the beginning… The White House announced Thursday morning President Biden would be commuting more than 1,500 sentences and issuing 39 new pardons in the largest single-day act of clemency in modern history. “The President has issued more sentence commutations at this point in his presidency than any of his recent predecessors at the same point in their first terms,” White House officials said in a statement. Biden has signaled more pardons and commutations are on the way. “I will take more steps in the weeks ahead. My Administration will continue reviewing clemency petitions to advance equal justice

Time Magazine has declared President-elect Donald Trump as its “Person of the Year” for 2024. Trump earned the top spot after a tumultuous year that included multiple assassination attempts, Democrat lawfare, and one of the most historic comebacks in the history of American politics. “For marshaling a comeback of historic proportions, for driving a once-in-a-generation political realignment, for reshaping the American presidency and altering America’s role in the world, Donald Trump is Time’s 2024 Person of the Year,” the magazine wrote. Time has awarded the honor to the winner of the presidential election every year since 2000. “Since he began

From The New York Post: That displeasure tracks with the bipartisan uproar in Washington that ignited over the president’s about-face. The survey found that a relatively small share of Americans “strongly” or “somewhat” approve of the pardon, which came after the younger Biden was convicted on gun and tax charges. About half said they “strongly” or “somewhat” disapprove, and about 2 in 10 neither approve

During an exclusive sitdown with Fox News’ Judge Jeanine Pirro, Daniel Penny explained why he stepped up to subdue Jordan Neely on that New York City subway car. Penny was acquitted this week of criminally negligent homicide in Neely’s death. “I’m not a confrontational person,” Penny told Pirro, a former district attorney. “This type of thing is very uncomfortable — all this attention and limelight is very uncomfortable, and I would prefer without it. I don’t want any type of attention or praise, and I still don’t.” But Penny said he wouldn’t have been able to forgive himself if Neely
