Leo Terrell: Biden Has Mindset Of Plantation Owner

Leo Terrell

Civil Rights attorney and one-time Democrat Leo Terrell has nailed it exactly. Soon-to-be Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden stepped in it big time the other day when he said this to NPR’s Lulu Garcia-Navarro.

“And by the way, what you all know, but most people don’t know, unlike the African American community – with notable exceptions – the Latino community is an incredibly diverse community with incredibly different attitudes about different things. You go to Florida, you find a very different attitude about immigration in certain places than you do when you’re in Arizona. So it’s a very different, a very diverse community.”

Or, put another way? Leo Terrell gets it – and Joe Biden never will.

Got that? If you’re black in America, you and every other black American think the same. Or, as Biden infamously said to radio show “The Breakfast Club” host Charlamagne Tha God: “Well I tell you what, if you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black.”

Appearing on Sean Hannity’s Fox television show, Leo said this:

“Joe Biden is unfit to be president and Joe Biden is a racist. Joe Biden has the mindset of a plantation owner. He thinks he knows how every black person thinks, how we walk, what we should eat. Joe Biden doesn’t understand that black people are individuals. Condoleezza Rice and Al Sharpton are different individuals. We have a different mindset.”

Bingo.

I would add there is a reason for Biden’s “mindset of a plantation owner.” Look no further than that House Resolution sponsored by Texas Republican Congressman Louie Gohmert the other week. The Congressman had the temerity to take up Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s demand that various portraits and statues in the Capitol building be removed because of their racist history, support of slavery, segregation, and the Confederacy. Over at Breitbart, Gohmert explained his resolution this way:

“Many on the left and their willing accomplices in the media would tell you otherwise, yet a cursory examination of our nation’s factual history and records proves the riots and chaos that have swept across our country in recent months stand as a devastating reminder of the racist policies and values held by the Democratic Party throughout much of its history.

Because of this, I introduced a privileged resolution in the House calling upon Congress to acknowledge the indecorous history of the Democratic Party. I asked that the Speaker of the House be instructed to ban any political organization or political party that ever publicly supported slavery or the Confederate States of America.…

On June 18th of this year, Speaker Nancy Pelosi ordered the removal of portraits from the Capitol building honoring four previous Speakers of the House — all of whom were Democrats. That was a good start on the job that she should now finish if she is going to avoid blatant hypocrisy.…

Efforts by Democrats to destroy all public traces of their own history of supporting slavery, the Confederacy, and segregation in an attempt to shift blame onto Republicans must no longer go unchallenged. It is time for Democrats to play by their own rules, and accept the standards they have forced onto everyone else. They must divest themselves of their name that has denied so many the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Their recent actions demand nothing less. Instead of canceling our culture and history, it’s time to #CancelDemocrats.”

The Congressman went into a detailed chapter and verse of the history of Biden’s party on race – and the real picture is horrific. There was support for slavery, the Confederacy, segregation, the creation of Jim Crow laws, and oh so much more.

In sum, Louie Gohmert’s resolution details exactly how a Joe Biden could come up with the preposterous and decidedly racist notion that all blacks think alike – and that would be because Biden’s entire party was literally founded and built by slave plantation owners, its mindset on racial issues exactly as Leo Terrell described Biden. The party itself had and has the “mindset of a plantation owner.”

Or, put another way? Leo Terrell gets it – and Joe Biden never will.
