UCLA’s Course In Nonsense: ‘Discourses of Kindness as Resistance to Trump’s Rhetoric of Division’

Former Heisman Trophy winner Herschel Walker has been a staunch supporter of President Trump’s, even speaking at the 2020 Republican National Convention to support the President, a man he has known for roughly forty years. In attendance for his speech was a young budding conservative political activist, Walker’s son, Christian. The younger Walker is a student at UCLA and has devoted his social media accounts largely to defending conservative values and President Trump.

Christian, a young man living in Los Angeles, has given insight as to what it’s like being a young conservative in a city surrounded and legislated by liberal values. Christian tweeted this week about one particular area where liberalism is attempting to change younger generations through their most trusted institution: education.

“I am absolutely disgusted,” wrote Christian on his handle @ChristianWalk1r. “My school, @UCLA, is offering a class entitled ‘Discourses of Kindness as Resistance to Trump’s Rhetoric of Division.’ Excuse me? The jobs, opportunities, prosperity, and safety @realDonaldTrump provided was VERY kind. DEFUND HE UNIVERSITIES!!!”

Included in the Tweet was a photo of a computer screen showing “Your results for 2020, Fall, Anthropology (ANTHRO).” Christian continued his Twitter thread, writing, “You want to know why we have radical communists graduating from our universities? THIS IS WHY. They’re being indoctrinated instead of studying real subjects. Then after learning about ‘gender’ and ‘kindness’ for 4 years, they have the audacity to ask that we cancel their loans…”

Christian has been following in his father’s politically outspoken footsteps. Both Herschel and Christian have utilized their social media platforms to record and post videos of themselves discussing political matters. This week Herschel retweeted a story about voter fraud in Georgia, “video footage from Georgia shows suitcases filled with ballots pulled from under a table AFTER supervisors told poll workers to leave room and 4 people stayed behind to keep counting votes.” Herschel added his commentary, “I’m appalled at my home state, Georgia is better than this. @BrianKempGA.”
