Time Magazine has declared President-elect Donald Trump as its “Person of the Year” for 2024. Trump earned the top spot after a tumultuous year that included multiple assassination attempts, Democrat lawfare, and one of the most historic comebacks in the history of American politics. “For marshaling a comeback of historic proportions, for driving a once-in-a-generation political realignment, for reshaping the American presidency and altering America’s role in the world, Donald Trump is Time’s 2024 Person of the Year,” the magazine wrote. Time has awarded the honor to the winner of the presidential election every year since 2000. “Since he began

According to a new poll from The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research, only 2 in 10 Americans approve of Joe Biden’s decision to pardon his son Hunter in a sweeping, 10-year pardon for all crimes known and unknown. From The New York Post: That displeasure tracks with the bipartisan uproar in Washington that ignited over the president’s about-face. The survey found that a relatively small share of Americans “strongly” or “somewhat” approve of the pardon, which came after the younger Biden was convicted on gun and tax charges. About half said they “strongly” or “somewhat” disapprove, and about 2 in 10 neither approve

During an exclusive sitdown with Fox News’ Judge Jeanine Pirro, Daniel Penny explained why he stepped up to subdue Jordan Neely on that New York City subway car. Penny was acquitted this week of criminally negligent homicide in Neely’s death. “I’m not a confrontational person,” Penny told Pirro, a former district attorney. “This type of thing is very uncomfortable — all this attention and limelight is very uncomfortable, and I would prefer without it. I don’t want any type of attention or praise, and I still don’t.” But Penny said he wouldn’t have been able to forgive himself if Neely

According to multiple reports, FBI Director Christopher Wray plans to resign before incoming President Donald Trump can fire him. “He’s going to be gone at the inauguration. On or before the inauguration,” a source close to the bureau told The Washington Times. From The Washington Times: Following Mr. Wray’s departure, Deputy Director Paul Abbate will become acting director and appoint an acting deputy director. Mr. Abbate’s original plan was to stay until May or June so he could help with the transition to a new FBI director. Kash Patel, Mr. Trump’s pick to lead the FBI, is meeting Republican senators
