From Director to Defendant? Department of Justice Nears Decision on James Comey

James Comey
James Comey may be indicted soon.

The clock is running down on James Comey. The Justice Department is preparing to decide whether to indict the former FBI director for perjury as the statute of limitations approaches, Fox News has learned. At issue is whether Comey lied to Congress during his Sept. 30, 2020 testimony about his role in the FBI’s investigation into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election — a probe that shadowed the first years of Donald Trump’s presidency. Federal prosecutors have five years to bring a charge. That window closes next Tuesday. The case is in the hands of the U.S. Attorney’s Office

The words “anti-ICE” were scrawled on a stripper clip of ammo.

The gunman who opened fire on a bus of immigrants outside a Dallas immigration processing facility from a rooftop perch has been identified as Joshua Jahn, law enforcement sources told The Post. Authorities said the words “anti-ICE” were scrawled on a stripper clip of ammunition found near the 29-year-old’s body. Jahn died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound at the scene. “I can confirm at this time that the FBI is investigating this incident as an act of targeted violence,” Joe Rothrock, special agent in charge of the FBI in Dallas, told reporters. “It is unfortunately just the latest example we’ve

To the president, the network should have left the embattled comedian to “rot” after his inflammatory remarks about Charlie Kirk’s assassination. The timing was theatrical: the threat came just as Kimmel returned to his desk, defiantly resuming his show after nearly a week in suspension. “He is yet another arm of the DNC and, to the best of my knowledge, that would be a major Illegal Campaign Contribution. I think we’re

‘Who The Hell Ever Heard of That One?’ Trump Blasts NATO Allies for Funding Russia’s War Against Themselves [WATCH]

President Donald Trump returned to a familiar refrain Tuesday, warning the world’s diplomats at the United Nations that Europe’s energy ties to Moscow are not just unwise, but self-destructive. In a speech that swung between mockery and menace, Trump scolded NATO allies for “funding the war against themselves.” “Who the hell ever heard of that one?” he asked, drawing out the incredulity for effect. The president said that while China and India remain the “primary funders of the ongoing war by continuing to purchase Russian oil,” NATO partners have failed, “inexcusably,” to sever their own ties. “Even NATO countries have
