SUPREMES CLEAR PATH TO DEFUND! SCOTUS Rules South Carolina Can Defund Planned Parenthood: Report

The Supreme Court ruled Thursday that South Carolina can strip Planned Parenthood of taxpayer funds, delivering a major win to Republican-led states aiming to defund the nation’s largest abortion provider. In a 6–3 ruling along ideological lines, the justices found that the 1965 Medicaid Act doesn’t give individual patients the right to sue states over their choice of qualified providers, clearing the way for South Carolina to block Medicaid dollars from flowing to Planned Parenthood. The decision overturns lower court rulings, including one from the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, which had sided with Planned Parenthood and slapped an injunction

Thursday morning’s presser on the U.S. strikes on Iran’s Fordow nuclear facility turned heated when Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth unloaded on the press for reporting that the strikes weren’t as effective as the Trump Administration claims. Hegseth unloaded on journalists in the room for nearly three minutes and accused them of trying to undermine the president’s efforts to keep America — and the world — safe. “You, the press, specifically you, the press corps, because you cheer against Trump so hard,” he said. “It’s like in your DNA and in your blood to cheer against Trump because you want him

NATO allies on Wednesday agreed to more than double their defense spending target — from 2% to 5% of GDP by 2035 — in the alliance’s most forceful move in over a decade. In a joint declaration, the bloc said it stands “united in the face of profound security threats,” pointing to Russia’s long-term danger to Euro-Atlantic stability and the “persistent threat” of terrorism. “Allies commit to invest 5% of GDP annually on core defence requirements as well as defence-and security-related spending by 2035 to ensure our individual and collective obligations,” it continued. The 5% target includes “at least” 3.5%

HEGSETH HAS HAD IT! Secretary of Defense Blasts Media Outlets Trying to Downplay Damage Done to Iranian Nuclear Facilities [WATCH]

Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth has had it with fake, “low-confidence” reports stating that the damage done to Iran’s nuclear facilities is not severe. Hegseth unloaded while taking questions during a press conference at the NATO Summit in The Hague this week. “There’s a reason the president calls out fake media for what it is,” Hegseth began. “These pilots, these refuelers, these fighters, these air defenders, the skill and courage it took to go into enemy territory flying 36 hours on behalf of the American people and the world is beyond what anyone in this audience can fathom.” Hegseth continued:
