As details emerge from Wednesday’s protests turned to illegal access to the Capitol of the United States, heroic stories are coming to light. Republican Congressman Pat Fallon from Texas described the events he experienced on Facebook. “I JUST SAW COURAGE PERSONIFIED!!!!” Fallon posted at 12:42 pm on January 6th. Representative Fallon gave a first-hand account of what happened on the House Chamber floor; photos of which have been plastered all over the news and social media. “We were in the middle of debate when the Capitol Police came into the chamber and told us there had been a breach in

DC Mayor

After protesters forced entry into the United States Capitol on Wednesday, Democratic D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser gave a scathing public speech. Condemning the protesters, she said they would be held accountable. Bowser also noted that she had asked for reinforcement from law enforcement agencies including police from both Virginia and Maryland. Justice Breyer is 82 years old, so it is understandable that liberals would want a younger juror to be solidified in the lifelong court position. However, Democrats already had control of the House, their candidate was just elected President, and after Georgia’s senate runoff, it appears the split will likely be 50/50.

After debates over increasing direct stimulus payments to Americans from $600 to $2,000 failed to pass in the Senate, some individuals turned to vandalism. “WERES [sic] MY MONEY” was written in white spray paint Saturday morning on the front door of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s home in Kentucky. On one of the windows, the vandal wrote, “MITCH KILLS THE POOR.” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s San Francisco home experienced a similar incident. On New Year’s Day, one day earlier than McConnell, phrases such as “$2K,” “Cancel rent!” and “We want everything” were spray-painted on the garage door. Additionally, a pig’s
