The latest of six sexual misconduct allegations against Democrat New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has been referred to the Albany Police Department and it may have risen “to the level of a crime.” A spokesman for the police department said that the victim, who has remained anonymous, has not yet filed a formal complaint, but the department has reached out to a lawyer for her.
