23-year-old former assistant press secretary in the Trump administration has announced her congressional bid in New Hampshire on Monday. If elected, Karoline Leavitt would be the youngest woman elected to Congress in American history. Most recently, Leavitt was the communications director for Republican powerhouse New York Representative Elise Stefanik.
