The chief editor of China’s state-run Global Times, Hu Xijin, said that China needs to prepare for nuclear war with the United States after the U.S. ordered a 90-day investigation into whether COVID-19 was released by the Wuhan Institute of Virology. “Given the intensifying U.S. strategic containment of China, I would like to remind once again that we have many urgent tasks, but one of the most important is to keep rapidly increasing the number of nuclear warheads and strategic missiles like the Dongfeng 41 with extremely long-range and high survival capabilities,” Hu Xijin wrote in a post on Chinese

Happy Memorial Day Dad – And Thanks

Memorial Day is here. Which turns my thoughts again to my own Dad. In World War II my Dad – Nelville Bernard Lord, aka “Bus” or “Buzz” – served as a Captain of Artillery. He was assigned to the Pacific, and, as I eventually got him to talk about on video camera during a long-ago summer vacation, one of his most notable memories was participating in the Battle of Leyte in the Philippines. The statement was made in an interview published on Saturday, in which PolitiFact’s Katie Sanders asked Fauci, “There’s a lot of cloudiness around the origins of COVID-19 still, so I wanted to ask, are you still confident that it developed naturally?” “No actually,” Fauci responded. “I am not convinced about that, I think we should continue

Former Secretary of State ‘Convinced’ COVID Leaked From Lab

Mike Pompeo

Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo stated on Fox News that he is “convinced” that COVID-19 leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology and China “covered up” the leak. “There are many things the United States government could do to impose real cost on the Chinese Communist Party until they come clean about what they know and what they did,” Pompeo said. “We know for sure they covered up this virus. I am confident that we will find that the evidence that we have seen to date is consistent with a lab leak and I’m convinced that’s what we’ll see.
