According to a New York Post report, Tyler James Robinson has been formally charged in the fatal shooting of conservative influencer Charlie Kirk — and could face the firing squad if convicted, prosecutors announced Tuesday. Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray stood before cameras in Provo and called Kirk’s killing “an American tragedy,” unveiling charges against the 22-year-old: aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, and obstruction of justice. “The murder of Charlie Kirk is an American tragedy,” Gray said. He spoke with solemnity about Kirk’s final moments: “Charlie Kirk was murdered while engaging in one of

The hearing room on Capitol Hill turned raw and raucous Tuesday, when Senator Cory Booker of New Jersey clashed with FBI Director Kash Patel in an exchange that felt less like oversight and more like open combat. Booker came loaded with indictment. “You have pushed out senior FBI agents with decades of knowledge and experience,” he charged. “In fact, this is the first time in FBI history that neither the director nor the deputy director have any experience with the FBI. You’ve shifted the agency’s priorities primarily to pursuing Donald Trump’s immigration enforcement agenda.” The senator’s voice tightened as he

On Monday, during a special episode of Charlie Kirk’s show honoring the slain activist, Vice President JD Vance said plainly what others had only implied. “If it weren’t for Charlie Kirk, I would not be vice president of the United States,” Vance said. It was a surprising admission, but he let it linger. Then he filled in the picture: the rallies, the grassroots machine, the restless energy Kirk harnessed and deployed. “I thought about that a lot in the last few days,” Vance went on. “Charlie was maybe the most important person in both getting us across the finish line

In death, Charlie Kirk’s voice has not faded. It has grown louder, echoing across the digital spaces where he built his following. The prediction from his widow and his supporters — that his assassination would only amplify him — is proving true, almost by the hour. His accounts, once fed by the daily churn of debate and argument, now surge with new energy. Millions of people, drawn by loss and loyalty, have followed him in the days since. Videos of his sharp exchanges and fervent speeches, promoting President Trump and conservative causes, are being traded and shared like fragments of
