Oil Boom Shifts

Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) has responded to the news that Democrat President Joe Biden’s administration removed a plan by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to to impose a discretionary redesignation of Texas’ Permian Basin, which accounts for nearly half of all U.S. oil production, in its most recent semiannual regulatory agenda.  If implemented, the EPA’s plan could be detrimental to the oil production in the Permian Basin, which would drive up already high gas and oil prices. “The Permian Basin is the crown jewel of Texas’ mighty oil and gas industry, and the State of Texas will do whatever

On Thursday, Congressman Dan Bishop (R-NC) called out colleague Cori Bush (D-MO) for her “grotesquely racist” comments about Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL). He is a prop. Despite being Black, he supports a policy agenda intent on upholding and perpetuating white supremacy. His name being in the mix is not progress—it’s pathetic,” Bush tweeted. FWIW, @ByronDonalds is not a historic candidate for Speaker. He is a prop. Despite

On Thursday, Sen. Steve Daines (R-MT) responded to the news that President Biden had announced he would finally be visiting the U.S.-Mexico border nearly two years after the illegal immigration crisis began.  “President Biden ignored the crisis at our nation’s southern border for nearly two years and it will take more than just one presidential visit to turn things around,” Daines said in a statement. “The President needs to acknowledge there is a crisis, that the current policy is not working and commit to changing course. If he does not and continues the same failed policies of the past two
