Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem dropped a political bomb in Tuesday’s Cabinet meeting, a moment that seemed to hush the room before it rattled it.

She told President Trump that half of all visa applications in Minnesota are “fraudulent.”

Noem placed the blame, firmly and without hesitation, on Gov. Tim Walz.

“You told me to look into Minnesota and their fraud on visas and their programs: 50% of them are fraudulent, which means that that wacko Gov. Walz either is an idiot or he did it on purpose — and I think he’s both, sir,” Noem said, drawing chuckles around the table.

She didn’t stop there. Noem said Walz’s state had allowed people into the country under false identities — “they said they were married to somebody who was their brother or somebody else,” she added, a pointed echo of accusations long murmured in Minnesota political circles.

According to Noem, those who submitted the “fraudulent visa applications” didn’t simply enter and disappear. They signed up for government programs and “took hundreds of billions of dollars from the taxpayers,” a sum so vast it almost begs the listener to pause.

She vowed that DHS would remove them and claw back the money.

All eyes are on Minnesota — and “wacko” Governor Walz.
