HALLELUJAH: Crooked Hillary’s missing emails could be released before election

It’s been 4 years of waiting, but the day may finally be upon us. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said Friday that his agency is closing in on the release of Hillary Clinton’s missing emails after President Trump lashed his top diplomat for not making them public.

In an interview on Fox News, Pompeo said some of his predecessor’s correspondence could also be made public in the 25 days before the election.

“We’re going to get there. We’re going to get this information out so the American people can see it,” he said while criticizing Clinton for using a private email server during her time as secretary of state in the Obama administration, according to the New York Post.

“We’re doing it as fast as we can. I certainly think there’ll be more to see before the election,” he said.

In an interview with Fox Business Thursday, Trump criticized Pompeo and Attorney General Bill Barr over the fact that Clinton had not been punished for her use of a private email server and her involvement in the ‘Russia hoax.’

“They are in the State Department but Mike Pompeo has been unable to get them out, which is very sad,” Trump told Maria Bartiromo.

“Actually I’m not happy with him for that reason,” he added.

In 2016, Clinton deleted more than 30,000 emails from her private server after she was asked to turn them over to investigators, claiming they related to personal matters, the Post reports.

But, her ‘personal matters’ are about to become very public.

Pompeo told Fox News on Friday that the release would be done in a way that did not threaten national security.

“I’ve been at this with President Trump for four years now, almost. I’ve never seen him do anything that would put any kind of asset, any kind of one of our officers in any harm’s way. He wouldn’t do that,” he said.

“We’ll get the information out that needs to get out and we’ll do it in a way that protects the intelligence sources that we need to protect,” he continued.

The discussion around Clinton’s email has been on the table for too long.

Four years ago, Trump made it a central argument in his first presidential campaign against Clinton, threatening to “lock her up.” Four years later, Trump continues to focus heavily on the topic, while also firing at the Justice Department following news that U.S. Attorney John Durham would not be revealing any indictments connected to the probe into the origins of the Russia investigation prior to the election.

And now, the moment we’ve all been waiting for….
