Longtime conservative radio host Larry Elder has raised almost $4.5 million in the first 19 days of his campaign to replace Democrat California Governor Gavin Newsom in a special recall election on September 14. “The fundraising numbers are tallied from July 12, 2021,More
The media is already acting as a bully on behalf of their beloved Biden. Its current victim is the General Services Administration for not having released the funds for Biden’s transition team. Congress reportedly allocated $9.9 million to the GSA in February in order to aid a transition team.
The GSA is being judicious with the money, maintaining that the election is not yet certified. In a statement, the GSA administrator “ascertains the apparent successful candidate once a winner is cleared based on the process laid out in the Constitution.”
Biz Pac Review writes, “according to the 1963 Presidential Transition Act, it’s up to the GSA to ‘ascertain’ the winner of the presidential election in respect to beginning the process of turning over responsibilities to the new administration.”
In a statement to reporters, GSA spokeswoman Pamela Pennington said, “an ascertainment has not yet been made. GSA and its administrator will continue to abide by, and fulfill, all requirements under the law.”
Already the Biden campaign has mentioned possible legal action against the GSA. “Legal action is certainly a possibility, but there are other options as well that we’re considering” said a Biden official who spoke to Reuters on condition of anonymity. The Biden campaign also cited “America’s national security and economic interests” saying the GSA must go along with the media’s call for Biden as president-elect because it’s “the will of the American people.”
In an earlier statement made by the GSA administrator, it was made clear the GSA does not pick the winner in a presidential election. Additionally, “the administrator’s ascertainment is done for the purposes of making services provided by the PTA available. Until an ascertainment is made, the statute allows for the Biden transition team to continue to receive the preelect services from the government (e.g., limited office space, computers, background investigations for security clearances). GSA has met all statutory requirements under the PTA for this election cycle and will continue to do so.”
According to a Republican lawsuit filed, “Pennsylvania’s Democratic election leaders violated state code on Monday when they authorized county election officials to provide information about rejected mail ballots to political party operatives” reports National Review.
The lawsuit specifically refers to an email from Jonathan Marks, Pennsylvania’s deputy elections secretary. At 8:38 P.M. on Monday, Marks sent an email to county election directors which read, “county boards of elections should provide information to party and candidate representatives during the pre-canvass that identifies the voters whose ballots have been rejected” so that they could be offered a provisional ballot, reports National Review.
The Republican lawsuit was filed Tuesday against Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, and note that only last month Pennsylvania’s supreme court stated last month that “unlike in-person voters, mail-in or absentee voters are not provided any opportunity to cure perceived defects (to their ballot) in a timely manner.”
Allegedly at least eight counties did not adhere to Marks’ email because it violates the state’s election code, according to the lawsuit. Additionally, Republicans “argue that the opportunity to cure perceived defects for ballots that overwhelmingly support Democrats is exactly what Boockvar and Marks were allowing,” writes National Review.
Thomas Breth, the lawyer who filed the suit said some county election boards gave voters names, addresses and even email addresses, along with explanations of their ballots defects to party operatives. Even some election boards were directly alerting voters that their ballots had defects and assisted the voters in fixing them.
Prior to election day, some election officials even weighed ballots to check if voters had correctly included the secrecy envelopes inside, said Breth. “It is inappropriate for individual counties to unilaterally create their own standards, their own procedures, for letting individuals come in and cure (ballots)” he added. More importantly, the state’s election code does not allow for reaching out to voters to have their ballots changed. “Changing the code would require a state assembly fix” he said.
If Iran could vote for the next President of the United States, it would choose Joe Biden, and that’s terrifying. In an interview with CBS News this week, Iran’s Foreign Minister Javad Zarif said he believes Joe Biden is “more promising” for Iran. American citizens should want a President who is more promising for the United States, not Iran of all places.
Iran joins China, whose leadership has also expressed a preference for a Biden presidency. When asked which candidate looked better to Zarif he responded, “the statements by the Biden camp have been more promising, but we will have to wait and see. What counts is the behavior.” According to Zarif, the sanctions brought by President Trump have hurt Iran, though it has not sparked regime change or “[brought] Iran to its knees.”
Zarif also discussed the possibility of the United States rejoining the nuclear deal rejected by Trump. Zarif also emphasized “under no circumstances” would Iran be willing to pursue a new nuclear deal with a Biden administration. The Foreign Minister said if they had any interest in pursuing a new nuclear deal Iran would have attempted to negotiate one with the Trump administration.
“We can find a way to re-engage, obviously,” said Zarif. “But,” he added, “re-engagement does not mean renegotiation. It means the U.S. coming back to the negotiating table.” Zarif also denied allegations made by the FBI that Iran had obtained U.S. voter registration information and meddled in the 2020 election. Looks like Iran is already preparing, with a little bit of excitement, to push around a Biden administration.
Pennsylvania may be the single state to determine the 2020 president-elect. Therefore, voter fraud and “antics” are rampant across the state. Already, the Philadelphia City Commissioners are investigating a poll watcher who was allegedly kicked out of the polling place reportedly because he was a GOP poll watcher.
Human Events editor-in-chief Will Chamberlain released a video of the incident with the caption, “A poll watcher in Philly was just wrongfully prevented from entering the polling place. #StopTheSteal.”
GOP poll watcher Gary Feldman went to Philadelphia polling place, Mitchum-Wilson funeral home in South Philadelphia, for his duties when two other poll workers kicked him out. “So you’re not letting me in?” asked Feldman. “No” replied one of the other workers who then told Feldman to “call the police, do it. If you legal, call the cops.”
“I have a citywide watcher’s certificate” explained Feldman, to which another poll worker, this time a female, said “it’s not for this location.” When Feldman explained it was valid for any location in Philadelphia, they refused to let him in. Philadelphia Election Day Operations (EDO) Spokesperson Rachel Tripp told the Daily Caller, “Gary Feldman, a certified poll watcher, was illegally denied entry.”
Unfortunately, Tripp added, “Mr. Feldman’s experience at the polls is one of over a dozen instances of election interference reported across Philadelphia in just three hours since polls opened this morning.” Tripp added, “these blatant, desperate, and illegal attempts to prevent certified Republican poll watchers from ensuring the integrity of the electoral process is clearly a last-ditch effort by desperate Democrats to influence the election through obstructive and dishonest means.”
The Milwaukee City Wire published an article with very troubling numbers identified in an analysis of results and Secretary of State files. In a nutshell, “seven City of Milwaukee voting wards reported more 2020 U.S. Presidential election votes than they had registered voters.”
For example, in a data graph from the Milwaukee County Clerk, voting ward 274 claimed it had 640 voters, but a whopping 688 votes for Biden, and 602 votes for Trump. That equates to a turnout percentage of 202%. Eight wards reported turnout percentages of 100% or higher, and over 80 wards reporting between 90-99% of voter turnout.
Wisconsin was one of the states where Trump was leading late on election night and early into Wednesday morning when a sudden and drastic shift occurred. Five of the wards which reported more votes than they had voters registered have very suspicious numbers. The Milwaukee City Wire Reports Joe Biden received “3,768 votes to Trump’s 2,883 – a margin of 885, or eight times what it was in 2016 when Trump earned 1,904 votes to Hillary Clinton’s 2,012.”
The City of Milwaukee reported a record turnout of 84 percent, saying “243,144 of 288,833 registered city voters cast a ballot” which analysts claim is a virtually impossible percentage. Even more suspicious, “Trump received 15 or fewer votes in 16 Milwaukee voting wards including a total 7,389 registered voters. Biden defeated him 5,217 to 151 in them.”
Of the 16 wards, the specific numbers are quite odd: Biden won “588 votes to Trump’s 10 in the 107th voting ward…it’s other two voting wards voted 411 to 14 and 968 to 33 for Biden – a grand total of 1,967 to 57.” In the 114th voting district, “Biden defeated Trump 334-6. In the 117th, in Borchert Field, Biden won 465-9.”
